Disney channels credit

I am attempting to apply for the credit for the Disney channels that were missing. TV promise.com will not let me apply.  It only says...

Service updates for DIRECTV in Pittsburgh PA

There are no channel disputes impacting your service at this time"

 Please help!

The reason www.tvpromise.com will not allow you to apply for the credit is because the Disney Channels have been restored.  The likelihood that you can get the credit now that they are restored is very slim.  You should have applied for them when they were still in dispute.  If you had tried to put the credit through and the website was not working during the dispute you should have called customer service.  All you can do is call customer service and maybe they will give you the credit.

I'm afraid you missed your opportunity since the contract dispute has been settled and the channels are back.

The credit offer is over now that the carriage negotiation is over and channels are back. If you call, they might offer you something, but no guarantee if it will be the same amount or even at all.

Leeson learned, if you wait too long you may miss the opportunity.

And all this is just a bunch of bull, designed to make it so difficult that you will just give up.  I don't care if it was last week, today or next month, DirecTV still did not provide channels that I paid for!!!

Read the TOS, channels and programing are subject to change at anytime so no credit is required.  I applied for and received the credit during the outage as did most DTV customers.

It is not a bunch of bull, but facts. Just because you don't like the answer doesn't change you were provided correct info.

The Terms of Service state that channels/programming may change at ANY time. This is a clause all TV providers have as they don't own the channels so it is impossible to guarantee that any channel will always be there. So you are not paying for specific channels to be obligated, but more a tier of package which is an approximate (not exact) amount of variety.

This is not designed to make you give up. Instead of throwing a tantrum, call DirecTV and see what they might have available. If you're going to be upset, do so at yourself for sitting on your hands instead of accepting the credit that was available for about 2 weeks.
