Channel 297, currently TAWOG, on the wrong aspect ratio

We're sorry you were watching the show on the wrong aspect ratio. Please follow the next steps to adjust the image of your shows to your best format: 

-Press DIRECTV Central Menu.

-Select Messages & Setup.

-Select Settings.

-Select Video.

-Select Output Format - UP arrow Setup.

-Use the Select button to choose formats that the TV supports.

*Choices are: 480i, 480p, 720p, and 1080i.

*Customers should check the TV's manual if you need help with supported formats.

-When you're done, you can use the Left arrow to exit.

It's likely that this is the network's issue, not DirecTV. DirecTV simply delivers the video provided by the networks. 

It's coming that way from the network.
