Accuweather Issue/Update

I have been having Accuweather issues since moving to Florida last year.  On The Accuweather channel, it is displaying at the bottom of the page, "Your Local Conditions" as my old zip code in Virginia.  If I press the red button, the correct location (my new zip code and city) appears.  I have done everything asked and it still appears with the wrong zip code on the bottom of the main channel.

After contacting Directv last week, they sent me a new access card which did not work at all.  They then send me a new Geni and I did a self install.  For about 5 minutes, the correct location appeared!  Then, back to the old zip code and information.

Directv tech support has no idea what I was talking about.  After talking to the call center (difficult to understand) the representative gave up. 

Does anyone have any idea where the old zip code information is coming from?  I guess I will just have to live with it but it is annoying and should not be this difficult to change.  My model number is:  HS17-500 with two Geni mini's Model #C81K-700.

AFAIK there is no C81K mini there is a C61K or the C71WK.

Yes I did a movers order. They sent a technician who did the setup. The address both mailing and physical are the same. The chat technician wanted me to redo the satellite setup but the screen is grayed out where he wanted me to change the dish type.  He mentioned he thinks the dish is out of alignment but this makes no sense to me. The readings are 100% for signal. Any idea how to get to the grayed out satellite setup menu?  I made a type on the model.

Just to make sure you are trying to rerun sat setup on the main Genie? But that most likely will do nothing as the Genie gets its info from you account to setup your locals and RSN and anything needing location.
