home page latest change

why does the Home Screen keep changing?  These are updates that we are not aware of before they happen and we cannot opt out of the change.  This last change is HORRIBLE!  there is waaaaay too much information on the screen.  Why can't it be more streamlined.  I wasn't fond of the last update, however, it was much better than this one!  I called and was told that we cannot change back.  I feel that we should be able to opt out if we don't like it, we are paying our money and should not be made to like something
