Guide no longer working on app

The guide stopped working today on the DIRECTV Stream app on my Sony tv. I have attempted to force stop the app and signing back in but all it says is “No information available. Please try again”

I have the exact same problem. This just started 30 minutes ago. No guide selections work. All, Recent, Favorites, Sports, Kids, Movies, TV Shows are all blank. I can't even change the channel.

Update: it isn't working when logging into the web page either. This is a complete guide outage for everyone it appears.

Cannot get my Guide to work on DirecTV Stream

A version of the guide just came back but it looks to be the "test" guide. I have over 8000 channels from all over the world with the main channels duplicated 4 or 5 times. Only the channels that are in my package work, though. Hard to sift through.

Same here. The guide came back but too many channels/weird channels and all my favorites are gone.

I can confirm the same issue as well when logging in, "All" channels guide has incorrect channels listed and I am missing all of my favorites.

I have no guide on all, favorites or recent. 
the app works on my iMac and iPhone, but can not change the channel cause I have no guide. 

i cannot get my account to come on at all on my samsung TV
