Blurring, ghosting & buffering
I just moved to DirecTV a few weeks ago. I have had continual issues on my Samsung TV with blurring & ghosting for moving objects or text. Samsung told me to unplug the TV for 30 seconds and then replug it in. This fix solves the problem but the same thing happens when I try to watch the TV again later. I don’t think that I should have to unplug/replug the TV every time that I want to watch it. I also have buffering when I watch baseball. I then contacted DirecTV and they said that the internet router needs to be within 8 feet of the TV. They said that I should contact the internet provider for an internet extender. Thoughts?

Get a true streaming device like Roku or Fire stick. The Samsung app for DirecTV Stream is very inferior. Many posts on the app. You want be sorry.

Thank you for the advice!! I do have another Samsung TV that is closer to the internet router and I haven’t had any issues with it. That is why I wondered about the suggestion that the TV may not be close enough to the internet router. I guess that it could be a combination of both 😊.
