appleTV audio playing only out of left speaker

Apple audio setting to Multichannel In 

When i watch a channel that is not broadcasted in DD the audio is only played out of my left front speaker only unless i put the surround format on Denon receiver to “Mono” then it puts the sound stage where it should be i.e. Dialogue = center channel ect.

No other app does this  just DTV Stream

AND

I cant get the 4k channels to play and i get a unsupported error message
