There is one Client (not receiver), the Gemini (C71KW), which can download apps as has streaming capability like a Roku, Firestick, etc. It doesn't load or display apps from your Roku as they are separate devices. You download the apps separately to each box.

No, not if you're using Roku as your Streaming device.
If you're using a DirecTV Stream device, then you can download most streaming apps to your DirecTV Stream device.
