taking directv streaming equipment with us on a trip
Can we take our directv streaming equipment to watch live TV and use our directv DVR on a TV in a hotel room in another state. We will be going from California to Portland, Oregon in the near future for medical care in at a hospital for 6-8 weeks and staying in a hotel.

Yes you can. You'll just need an internet connection for the DirecTV Stream box.

Thanks Mark for answering my question. That will be so great to be able to continue watching tv with our dvr just like we're home. I don't like watching tv at hotels because it's so limited.
