Pair a new remote to my DirecTV stream.
I just purchased a new remote from Dans Electronics. It is exactly the same remote that came with my DirecTV device. I have downloaded the DirecTV app in my bedroom and cannot pair this new remote. Please help!

Downloaded the DirecTV App onto what streaming device? The DirecTV remote will only work with a DirecTV Stream box.

So, I cannot pair my new remote to the DirecTV stream app on my bedroom television. Guess I will return the new remote to Dans Electronics. Shoot!

What device are you using on the other TV? As previously stated, the remote only supports the DirecTV Stream device.
