my directttv has no my library prompt or record option

I have been trying to navigate and to learn how to use Directtv. About ready to cancel subscription.

When I go to the left hand side for options there is no MY LIBRARY button.

When I try to record to cloud, there is no option to record either.

I am using a fire stick and remote.

Called for technical help and the person could not help me.
