Issue with series recording

I'm trying to record a series. I set it up via the guide and pressed the record button twice. Pressing it once records just the one instance of the program and pressing it twice is supposed to record the series. 

Without having canceled the recording or reset the Gemini box, the series is not recording as intended. For example, I can press the record notion twice and see the two red dots, then tomorrow the red dots will have disappeared on their own.

Hey, @c_brookhart. Please try to use the Overflow button or the three dots below the right arrow on the Gemini remote to record a series. Here’s how: 

  • Press the 'Overflow' button

  • Select 'Record', then press 'OK'

  • Choose 'Record Series' on the confirmation screen, press 'OK'

  • Select 'All Episodes' or 'New Episodes', press 'OK'

  • Arrow down to 'Record Series', press 'OK'

  • Confirm on the series recording screen by pressing 'OK'

  • Series recording shows on 'Guide' and 'Information' screens

  • The recording goes to 'My Library'

There’s no overflow button. The issue is the recording being canceled on its own. Not sure if it’s because an episode in the series already exists, but even if I have the recording setup to record all then it would seem like it should still record every episode and create a duplicate when necessary.
