How to submit a suggestion/request for feature

One thing that could be added to the system, is the list of which devices are online with the ability to "boot" a stream when you have multiple streams running.  It gets annoying when one of the kids forgets to exit the program, and I have to go around the house and figure out which TVs are using active streams so that I can access the programming.

Any advice on where to send this request/suggestion would be appreciated.
