Home Location issues with my account

I'm a very frustrated DirecTV Stream customer right now. I can't record anything off my locals and the recorded programs off the over-the-air networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox) are coming from Philadelphia and I live in the Harrisburg/Lancaster/Lebanon/York, PA market with my home territory being Lebanon County. I even tried the cell phone app with Wi-Fi disabled and it gives me the same issue. Furthermore, it won't let me change my home location.

I have a feeling there is a bug on my account or something, and I would hate to close my current account and start a brand new one. If DirecTV can't do anything to change my home location back to the way it was, then I may not have much of a choice. This is flat out ridiculous and I'm thinking of hiring an attorney.

Are any of these (Edited per community guidelines) reps going to help with my account, or do I need to hire an attorney. I'VE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!

This is a public forum of other customers, so don't expect to get rep help here. There is a small official forum team, but no guarantee they will respond.

Before spending hundreds (or more) for your recording situation, you could try a BBB complaint. Gets forwarded to the corporate level, using getting response within a few business days. Just a free option at your disposal. (Also terms of service require binding arbitration, something to be aware of first before you start throwing money).
