Gemini remote won’t control volume on Samsung tv
New Gemini remote paired flawlessly with my 5 year old Samsung. Everything worked great except it won’t control the volume or mute button. I do have it running through a Samsung soundbar, but disabled it for testing purposes and still no luck. Anyone else know of any settings I can change? Went through Google, YouTube, and Directv to no avail. Thanks

When you pair the remote use the standard option... and then the 1st time it pairs and asks you if it did...just say no (even though it did) that way you get to choose the next code. If that doesn't fix it then do it again and get to the 3rd code next time. I had to do this with my Samsung TV.

Actually went into “settings” on Gemini remote. Went to “device management” then went all the way right until I got to “remote control”. Opened remote control option, scrolled down to HDMI-CEC volume control. Toggled right( all other settings were toggled to the left). Problem seems to be solved. Thanks
