gemini plug error on tv 5109

theres this error on my tv that says please use the power supply that came with the device

5109 error typically indicates insufficient power to the device, causing the error or a blue screen, @regina1. Are you using the power cable that came with the Gemini Air device, and is it plugged into a power outlet? If yes, the power cable connection at the device needs to be flipped. Please unplug the power cable at the device, flip it over, and plug it back in. Let us know if this works.
