Fire tv and Dtv stream
I have downloaded the app and when I login it shows my ID in the upper left and a static screen. Nothing else happens. My choice on the bottom is to try or sign out. Any suggestions

Try signing out then uninstall the app and then reinstall and sign in again and see if there is any difference.

Done that a few times. Internet connection is 5g and good signal.
