Directv Stream

Could you please tell me why Directv stream will load on one of televisions but on the other it just flickers and won’t load.  I can’t delete the app from my Roku because we are currently in the trial period.

Check your internet connection and make sure it is getting a good consistent signal.  Also, you should still be able to delete and download apps during your trial period.

Are they both Roku's? Are you using Wi-Fi or Ethernet? Is the non-working device farther from the router than the working device?
