DirecTV is service by satellite so does require a dish.
DIRECTV STREAM or the newer version DirecTV by Internet is internet only so does not use a dish.
That being said, it is against Federal regulations for your trailer park to not allow satellite dishes. Look into OTARD for more information on your rights.
