Better Remote

Just installed  Direct yesterday.....Would LOVE to have a remote that's backlit BEFORE pushing a button! Recommendations??

My DISH controller had that! As an old guy, that doesn't have lights on at night.....be nice to see what button I need to push! Obviously it needs to work with my HS 17 receiver!
