What do you see when you open https://stream.directv.com/guide ?

First is the DIRECTV log in white on a blue screen.  Then "Well...that was unexpected.  Looks like we ran into some trouble loading this content.  Please try again in a bit.  Refresh."  Then "Looks like you don't have any favorites yet."  Then listing opens showing all my favorites.  Why does this open with two errors that are not errors?
