I can't understand the rep that I called and it took them 10 min just to verify my account, so I hung up. very frustrating. to the point I want to just cancel everything. Is there a US Rep number?

Customer support number is just that, it routes to the next available rep no matter where they are located. Occasionally you may speak with someone in-country who may be from another region (New England, Midwest, Southern, etc.), or even their family hasn't been in country for 20 generations to where their family's accent is still staying strong, so trouble understanding is not guarantee of being out-of-country.
If you ever get someone you have difficulty understanding (no matter the reason), you either callback and try the next rep or post your question in this public forum as a lot of guidance can be found here.
