I have been trying to cancel Starz and Max online and by calling the suggested telephone number. Neither are working. How do I do this? The deadline for Max is tomorrow.

What do you mean by 'neither are working?' Are you a DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV SATELLITE customer? Try calling the number in my greeting below.
