Sharing the free apps
Good evening, folks. I realize we aren’t very far into the period of time where DirecTV is giving us free apps like Hulu and ESPN Unlimited. So maybe not many people are in a position to answer my questions. And I apologize if this has all been covered before.
Basically, I’m wondering if we are allowed to share those apps with a couple other households in the same way we can share our main subscription. Perhaps somebody from DirecTV can shed light on this.
If we are able to do this, what would the sign-in procedure be for people we share with? Do they have to use our Disney information and DirecTV information as well? I’m thinking of people who are using an app rather than a receiver that might have a link in it.
Thanks.

Hey, @Kv64. DIRECTV's free access to the Disney+, Hulu Bundle, and ESPN Unlimited includes a basic plan with ads, and there are streaming limits: up to 2 devices at a time for Disney+ and Hulu, while ESPN allows streaming on up to 3 devices simultaneously. You can sign in using the MyDisney credentials you created during registration through their app. To learn more about sharing your subscription, please visit their website. @DIRECTVhelp thanks for the reply. Just for clarification, would the sharing of those apps with a couple other households be considered just as allowable as sharing DirecTV Stream in general, since the subscription is part of our package, and not something Disney would object to?

While your DIRECTV subscription provides access to third-party apps, their terms and conditions still apply when sharing or using their standalone applications. Rhyan, DIRECTV Community Team

It won't be long till sharing of any kind will not be permitted. It is kinda not on the up and up anyway. If your watching you should have a Valid Subscription.
