Samsung smart tv app has no profiles

The app available on my new Samsung smart TV doesn't have the ability to choose a profile. My old tv with a Roku had profiles, as do my phone and tablet apps. Did the profile option not get rolled out to that app??

I have the profiles on my Samsung app. You may need to update the app or delete and reinstall it.

If you want to see the list of profiles when you turn on your TV, go to Settings > Preferences > Select Profile on Launch > Toggle On.

I tried that on all three profiles on my phone's app, but it still doesn't show up as an option when I turn it on on the tv, and the recorded shows are from all three profiles as well, which is why I thought maybe it wasn't rolled out.

There is no option for 'select profile on launch' on the TV app either. Or streaming quality. I can't post a picture here or I would show you the screen.

It's on the forum page. To check your inbox, navigate to Direct Messaging on the Community Forum by clicking the Messaging icon on the top navigation bar near the notification bell.
