If that DirecTV or AT&T agent was over the phone, then you call customer support and request a supervisor to submit the complaint. If it was an AT&T agent at a store (not DirecTV as they don't have stores), then you complain to the stores supervisor/manager (or possibly dealer if it is a 3rd party store not owned/operated by AT&T).
Are talking about when you press the microphone button on your control and you asked it a question or wanted it to look up something and it responded to you insultingly or did a customer service representative insult you?
No, he wrote (Edited per community guidelines) instead of my name in my informations when I did the purchase. Now I’m receiving e-mails with that name and It is in my informations in the app too. I want to make a formal report but they don’t have an e-mail or another way to contact a direct tv rep. I called already so the at&t rep told me to post here and one direct tv rep can see my message and send me a direct message. Thanks for your help!
@Gavadongabr don't know why the AT&T rep told you to post here. This is a public forum and we are customers too. Not much we can do about it so sounds a bit weir and puzzling. Listen to what @Juniper posted earlier, he mentioned everything you need to know.
You have "screen shots"? Then at best you were using the online chat option, which customer support gets no access to those agents or transcripts.
I would go with a BBB complaint at this point. That goes to the corporate level, which would be reasonably expected to have a line down the chain to that agent's supervisor.
