Home network issues
Have been direct stream customer for 2 years. Internet provider is Starlink. Live in PA but Star link changed IP address to one that is Virginia based. Have 4 TVs in our home. This year we started receiving messages that we aren't connected to our home network and followed steps to update. That lasts for a week or so and then start seeing same messages again. How can we watch on the TVs in our home at the same time? Looking for a reason to stay with directv but not being able to watch on the 4 TVs in our home is frustrating. We cannot be the only customers that have starlink. Why can't directv base home network on billing address? Its 2025.
