I haven't had any luck! It's been over 30 days, 6 different Rep's and 4 hours of frustration. Under details for the Internet 1000 plan it clearly states, if you have residential DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, or U-verse TV, HBO channels and HBO On Demand will also be added on that TV platform.

I'm a AT&T Internet 1000 subscriber with HBO MAX. I'm also subscribing to DIRECTV STREAM, but my HBO channels aren't populating in the channel guide per the Internet 1000 agreement, under see offer details.

Same here. Been dealing with this for several months going in circles. NOBODY at AT&T or Directv get it. It's clearly written on my AT&T Elite wireless plan as well. I also have Internet 1000. I've basically given up at this point. Too much wasted time calling on the phone and getting passed around and back and forth between AT&T and Directv.
It's just amazing how horrible the knowledge of the reps and even a supervisor I talked to don't understand this.

I have a screenshot to prove this offer, but my IP Address has been blocked from uploads. As an AT&T Internet 1000 subscriber with HBO MAX, bundled with DIRECTV STREAM, the HBO channels should populate in the Channel Guide per the Internet 1000 agreement under, see offer details.
Under, see offer details under the section HBO MAX: it reads; If you have residential DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, or U-verse TV, HBO channels and HBO On Demand will also be added on that TV platform. May be billed and then credited on that TV platform within 2 bills.

All details have been provided with the retention's department, but to no avail... This matter has been resolved through cancellation of DIRECTV Stream. Signed up with YouTube TV, 7 day FREE trial and $54.99/mo for your first 3 months
$64.99/mo thereafter. :)
