DIRECTV Streaming does not recognize my user ID and PW

There was a power outage and TV wasn't connecting to the network, so I rebooted.  Everything then came on but DTV asked for sign-on.  I entered it but it was not accepted.  I deleted the app and reloaded it and tried again, still no luck.  The app is there but no recordings, when I try to get them it tells me I need to upgrade.  Any thoughts?
