Directv Perks / $15 bill credit
Has anyone claimed a 15 dollar bill credit on the Directv Perks website and had it automatically credited to your bill. I have claimed that reward 4 times since December and every time I have to contact their live chat support to get it applied to my bill. It is supposed to automatically apply in 1 to 2 billing cycles, but that never happens.
