Credentials not working on DIRECTV app
My credentials are no longer working on my iPhone 12. Error code 201.
They work perfectly on my wife’s phone however.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app with the same results.
There is no option to “manage app” under system.
Changing username and password is not desired or frankly a solution.
Please advise

Thanks for your efforts, @Tmaddoux. Please ensure your iPhone 12 and the DIRECTV app are running the latest version. Clear App Cache and Data by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > DIRECTV, and delete any app data if available.
