Tv turning off and on
Our tv is randomly turning off and then back on. It seems to be doing this while watching live tv, recorded shows or subscription tv (Netflix). We have a Gemini Air. We are new to DIRECTV , any help would be much appreciated. It has been very frustrated. Thanks

Why do you think that the Gemini Air is causing this? Sticky remote button perhaps?

Well, I just wanted to mention that we have the Gemini not a box of any kind. It’s a DIRECTV remote, I have no idea what is causing the problem hence the post!
