Might be a bit different with the recent updates: Menu > Settings & Help > Settings > Internet > Advanced > Reset Network Defaults. If you are wired to the Gateway then you must unplug Ethernet as well.
You will lose access to On Demand and ordering PPVs by remote. The screen saver should eventually revert back to the basic logo one. Though anything already recorded may still have the advertisement & landscape screen saver still injected.
I did disconnect it and just now, when i tried to set the Dodger Padre game up for record on FS1, it wouldn’t let me do it because of no internet connect. I backed out, went to 105 4K, and it accepted the request. Why not one but a different one?
No idea, DTV sat doesn't need an internet connection to record sat channels unless the signal is to low and it is trying to switch to internet streaming but that would I think would also effect the 4K channel.

You can't really turn the WiFi off, only disconnect it.
