technicians not showing up for appointment 4 times no calls, get run around when call.

I have had 4 appointments, spent several hours on phone being on hold, transferred to several people, passing the buck to get answers. Asked for managers to resolve this and it is not happening no one from direct tv appears to want to help me a several decade customer who they won't assist me.  Very poor service!  Very disappointed. Still no resolution.  No proper phone number to get to someone high enough to get assistance.  Just tossed around and around with no show appointment still never showed up. Can someone help?

I suggest you file a BBB complaint to get this resolved, as this will allow higher levels at DIRECTV to ensure your problem is resolved efficiently. Given that this is a public forum of other customers, we cannot personally assist you other than recommending a certain method.

Directv has no control over technicians showing up or not

you are kidding, right? they pay the technicians... so they can get other technicians if their performance is bad... that is if they care enough...

just like you can vote with your feet... if it gets bad enough any company can lose customers to their competition.

Techs are not hanging off tree branches, they do what they can with what they have.
