Setup for wifi comes up by itself
Wifi setup screen comes up by itself. The only way I can get off this screen is to do a reset or unplug the box. None of the controls on the remote will do anything. This has happened twice in the last week. I have no internet in the home

I don't know model number. This is my parent's setup that I'm trying to solve. I know it is at least 5 years old and I don't think it has DVR capability. This just started last week
