Returning equipment
Went to ups store they scanned the equipment gave my account number which was also in the letter sent to me it does not register so ups cannot return i also had a bill with my account number on it . Any suggestions

Maybe since AT&T has sold off the rest of DTV they are no longer taking DTV receivers.
