Remote rc73 auto changing volume
I have the Genie rc73 and a Denon avr-x1800 receiver. When changing channels or pressing select/exit/info buttons the volume goes up or down on its own. I tried re-programming the remote to my Samsung TV and Denon receiver but still have the same problem. I have reset the TV, the AVR, and Genie mini. Nothing has worked so far.

Update: I found that turning off the HDMI control in the genie mini receiver solved the problem. The DM from Dtv was just to call and sit on the phone forever…. useless.
