remote order

hi just order a remote that's the only thing i order  and now it saying I order 3 genie and a remote is this normal

Well there close rn but I ordered the remote on the app and it was free because of the Protection and it shows I ordered 3 Genie and a remote

That was a full upgrade order. Call DirecTV during their normal business hours for account support (only tech is 24/7 which includes automated options) and cancel the order you don't need.

Before you call though, what are the models of each box you have? Just to be sure you have correct guidance before speaking with a customer service rep.
