remote and reciever not working

yesterday morning, on channel 259 fxx, the volume got really low but i dont have the remote to turn up the volume.

about three hours later, the volume went up for an AEW commercial. two more hours later, it wouldnt let me change the channel after i tried to make my remote connect to my tv so i can turn up the volume. it still wont let me change the channel and now im starting to worry. i hit the orange reboot button twice hoping it would let me change the channel. i have tried 5 different universal remotes from DirecTv and one genie. but nothing all had good batteries please help me troubleshoot. thanks!
