my Direct TV remote RC73 keep getting disconnected with Hisense 55QD65NF TV
I try to set up by using code 11524. it works perfectly for few hours then it again need to reset code. I changed new remote, new battery and even unplugged tv for few hours. But still same issue. I try other remote code but non of them are working.
Please advice how i can fix this problem.

Hey there, @economyorange2025. We're sorry you're still having trouble with your remote and appreciate the troubleshooting you've already done.
Please try these additional steps:
1. Try resetting your receiver first.
2. If that doesn't work, reset the remote to its factory settings:
- Press and hold MUTE and SELECT together until the light flashes three times.
- Press 9, 8, 1 and then SELECT. The light will flash four times to confirm the reset.
