Internet looses connection

When we are watching Netflix it loses internet connection. 

Are you trying to watch on a DirecTV box (Gemini) or something else?

Have you contacted Netflix or your Internet Provider?

You posted in the DirecTV satellite forum.  Are you a DirecTV Satellite or Stream customer?

What troubleshooting have you tried?

When did the problem start?

Only affects Netflix?
