You can get the Winegard Trav’ler DIRECTV Slimline SWM dish, which automatically aims for the HD satellites when it is mounted on top of your RV.

You can also get a portable DIRECTV Slimline SWM HD dish by purchasing a dish, SWM LNB, 21V SWM power inserter, and a portable 2 inch OD pole to mount the dish on. These portable poles are available for purchase online on Amazon, eBay, Solid Signal, etc.

Moreover, and most obviously, you’d need an HD-capable receiver. 

Box in RV must be H or HR model. An R22 would work as well IF you have an H or HR on the account (mentioning as some still have that special model).

Any other D or R models must be swapped out as those are MPEG-2/SD-only which is long outdated.

The only in motion HD dishes made are for boats, the KVK HD11 or the Intellian s6HD
