I am being charged for 7 TVs and only have 5;

I have 5 TVs and have supplied DirectTV with serial number in each box. They have two more and say they cannot remove them ,because the technical support dept gets an error message when they try and remove the other two. My account was correct until 12/3 and they cannot tell me what happened on 12/3;to increase my TVs from 5 to 7

If they get an error message then that should be an internal IT ticket or something. However, did they say what models those boxes are? Did they mention if one of the two was the "Primary" on the account?

I can think of a few things that might cause an issue, but I don't want to start guessing.

Yeah, how does the problem in the DTV database (cannot delete) become the customer's fault?

I think, it would be better to provide a service to users to create support ticket for these kind of issues. 

It will help to understand the exact issue for other users as well.
