how to Copy settings from one RC73 to another RC73

I'm not aware of a way to copy settings from one remote to another remote. You'll just need to program the new remote. 

DirecTV remotes are not designed to copy their settings. You just program the replacement as normal.

There is an option to copy/pair, but it doesn’t work.  It erases the remotes from your settings.  I started out with the remote that is set then clicked on copy to another remote and it removed all settings.
