Directv email offer for Paramount+ and Showtime

I used  the link in the offers link but am not able to access Paramount+ receiving message that provider (DTV) has no record of subscription.
First two calls to DTV was advised not aware of any such offer.
Third call identified not a scam but not sure why offer not populating - suggested getting into my account in few days to see if offer appears.
have you heard of people successfully getting submitted?

If you take advantage of the offer, check how it lists on the account and bill. If it shows $0 then it should auto-cancel (like some prior 30 day limited offers in the past). However if it shows cost of Showtime which is then offset by a credit, especially if there is a partial charge for remaining days in the bill month, then expect to call to cancel it when you are done.

I haven't even gotten any indication of my acceptance of the offer - when trying to finalize with Paramount+ it identifies not a subscription on my account.

unsure if the offer exists and if so it the offer should appear in my account - which is doesn't.

I received an email on 10/14/2025 from directv that as a free gift I can have paramount plus and showtime free for 3 months no strings attached. It will auto cancel in three months. I accepted offer and no channels available. I spoke via directv customer service and was assured that I did get offer and it will be available on my tv in 7 days. Today 10/24/2025 still nothing. Directv is such a joke. Nothing but lies and removing channels that I would watch like history channel

This is the Paramount+ with Showtime, so you'll get your local CBS, everything Showtime has to offer and no commercials in the archives.

You'll probably have to use the separate Paramount+ app instead of the DirecTV app. The Showtime channels won't be accessible via your DirecTV equipment, but it's definitely a lot less expensive.
