Customer service survey
Why send out a 15 minute customer service survey that can not be completed, and submitted? I was thinking, and hopeful that you actually cared.

It is not whether we care or not as this is not DirecTV support. This is a public forum of other customers.
In any case, a technical issue is no bearing on whether anybody cares or not. Try again, perhaps clearing cache/cookies or trying another browser. If it still does not work, you could call DirecTV and put feedback on your account.
Otherwise, if you have questions on something else, other users may be able to provide answers or guidance.

I'm sorry I used the word care.
I was truly excited when I received the survey so I could respond to my feelings I've been a DirecTV customer for over 10 years AT&t U-verse since 1997 just tried to fill out their customer service survey. Thanks for all the input

Well if you are truly excited about a survey, you can call and put feedback on your account or even in the forum (just not personal details as this is a public space of course). Though for U-Verse/AT&T Internet, you would need that other forum on that end.
There are still avenues to give your feedback, even if their survey or your computer is having an issue.

It was their survey, but thank you for your input. Thank you, not my computer issue.
I will definitely call and try to find out what department to address this issue. Anyone have input on what department or phone number to call for this issue?

To give feedback, you just call. As for technical issue on the survey, you can mention it, but it depends on the agent if they know where to send that. There is no differnet number as you are calling customer support regardless.
I wasn't saying it 'was' your computer. Without direct access, I have no way of knowing on either end so just mentioned an either/or scenerio.
Since you were "excited", perhaps you would care to share (good or bad) your feedback? If nothing else, they do gather some info from the forum (though to what extent I'm not sure).

I am getting very frustrated paying over 200 a month! That's ridiculous! I might as well get rid of DirecTV and go to dvds it's cheaper...

To discuss options to lower you bill, call DirecTV for official support. For guidance from experienced customers please start a fresh thread specific to your situation as this one is over 3 years old.
