I might suggest, you press the RED reset button and Hold it for 15 sec or more, then release. Or unplug the receiver/client, for the same amount of time.

The red reset button removes power to the CPU there is no need to hold it for 15 seconds or any other time period.

Are you sure that the TV input is still on the DTV output? Try unplugging the TV.
