ATT WiFi not working after installing new TV (we have DirectTV)

We have Direct TV for our television and ATT for our WiFi/internet. After setting up our new TV and connecting the Direct TV box we discovered our WiFi is not working. Is there a wire that is supposed to connect the Direct TV box to the modem? It is impossible to get a rep on the phone at ATT. Maybe this forum will help! Thanks!

WiFi not working for the entire house, or just the DirecTV box?

What DVR/Receiver model number?

I am at work and am not sure the model number. The WiFi doesn’t work for the computer , our devices (iPads etc), or our Direct TV.

The DirecTV box will have nothing to do with your computer, tablets, or such connecting to internet.

Wonder if something else got unplugged (or loose) by accident when equipment was moved around.

@Juniper

Right. OP should be on the AT&T forums to find an issue with their router.

Please either reach out to the AT&T Community Forums at forums.att.com to post your issue with your AT&T Internet router, or call AT&T at 800-288-2020 to resolve the issue with your router. First thing I would recommend is ensuring that the router is plugged in, that the coaxial cable/fiber connection is secure to the router, etc.
