Your DIRECTV satellite services have been disconnected.
My DIRECTV account was a combined account with ATT Wireless. Yesterday my wireless account was transferred to a new account number and closed. Somehow this caused the above message to appear on my Directv account now when I login. ATT won't help, DirecTV won't help, seems I'm caught in a loop of DirecTV breaking away from ATT somehow? What do I do?

AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and the new partner is running the day to day operations. Unless DTVhelp sends you a PM/DM all you can do is keep calling DTV 1-800-531-5000.

With the new co-owner, everything for DirecTV is moving back to their own website and login. Like when AT&T first acquired DirecTV, this is causing issue for some who have had combined services.
Try calling again and see if they can reset your account login. Make sure to use a different email for the DirecTV website. If over the phone cannot get it resolved or escalate it, the next step is a BBB complaint.
