Unknown charges

We don't either.  This is a customer to customer forum with no access to any accounts.  You need to call DTV but is sounds like movie rentals.

You can also check you DVRs history to see what it says.

What does it say on your bill?  That amount sounds like a pay movie purchase.

So what does the line item say on the bill? It will not list a charge without some kind of description. That amount makes it likely those are PPVs.

We do not have access to your bill as this is a public forum. But we can give some guidance.

$5.99 x 2 sounds like 2 different ppv orders. What does the line item next to the charge  say exactly.
